Quality control is the most important part of our Organization. We are conducting regular quality control training sessions for our supervisors and staff to ensure a maximum level of quality.

Quality performance is a result of establishing clear goals, teamwork, communication, co-operation and the ability to tackle and solve problems effectively. It includes all necessary actions to provide for, the control and verification of certain characteristics of the service.

To assist us in achieving our Vision, a Quality Assurance Manual and a quality control team has been developed.

This describes how the elements of the Quality System which are implemented within Precision of Cleaning Systems, insuring the preservation of services, are in conformance with customer and contract requirements concluding in customer satisfaction.

Quality policy and Training

Master is committed to provide Quality Services of Cleaning, Training & Development. All the staff are responsible for compliance with the Quality Management System and for ensuring that all procedures and work instructions are properly executed and that standards are met. All the staff shall be trained in those processes which they are required to perform. The adoption of the Quality Management System is essential to the continual growth and success of the business.


It is the intention of master that our client  premises are kept in a neat and clean condition at all times. The specification submitted herein will be considered minimum requirement. Therefore this specification will only be refereed to as a guide rather than limitation to the services required to effectively maintaining the facility.

The facility is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. If the level of cleaning at any time is considered to be unacceptable, then we will have our staff to take the necessary measure to over come the situation. Staff shall be posted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both Parties.
